It is very important that the VIN is filled correctly. This is 17 letters and numbers, usually starting with WAU or WUA. 
We will not reply to your email if this is not entered correctly.

Please note we do not offer any help or support on items we did not deliver/install, provide any installation of items bought elsewhere, or offer ANY remote services.

We only offer a total solution with parts and installation performed in our workshop in Vellinge, Sweden.
