Alcantara headliner for Audi SQ5 FY 2018

So I finally had time to play with my personal SQ5 2018 again.

I've had many customers asking about premium parts like the Alcantara headliner, and since the A4 B9, A5 B9, and Q5 FY never got this option from Audi, I had to find a solution for this.

Back in the day, I had done a lot of custom work like this, but as time and demand changed, I didn't do much Alcantara for a few years, so I had to refresh everything.

Usually, the custom-made Alcantara headliner I have seen always had stitches near the handles because the recess is often really deep and hard to do. 

After some research, I learned that the original headliners, for example, the Q8, did not have this, so it was essential to me that the result would be like this.

So after a few days of hard work, everything turned out perfecty. 
The sunvisors were made in Alcantara as well. Even the D pillars, which normally are just plastic, were made in Alcantara.

The result is simply amazing, and since I used the original Alcantara, it looks like the car came like this from the factory.

The customers who have seen this in real life love the result, and the first cars are already booked for the Alcantara headliner.

The price on a job like this starts at 20.000:- SEK and can only be made in my workshop in Vellinge, Sweden.
